 On the main level you will enjoy the Great Room with brick floor, reading area and balcony, the parlor room with television, the dining room and the two patios.
Amenities
Upon arrival, your hosts will serve light treats and beverages. The guest refrigerator is stocked with sodas and beverages at all times. There are snacks, fruit, tea and coffee available.
After a restful night in one of our delightful bedrooms, early morning coffee will be available, if desired. A gourmet Ridge View breakfast will be served at the place of your choosing. The dining room is always available or on the patio, weather permitting.
Breakfast consists of juices, fruit in season, an elegant entree, a selection of breads, rolls or muffins, and the ever present coffee. The entrees are Italian inspired and melt in your mouth, The coffee is a special blend of fresh ground coffee beans that produce that unique Ridge View flavor.

Reservation Requirements
To confirm your reservation, an amount equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay rate is due within 5 days. Reservations made within one week of planned stay may be confirmed by phone using a MasterCard or Visa.
 Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 10 days of stay will be fully refunded. Guests canceling less than 10 days prior to stay will receive a refund only if the room is re-rented. Should your plans change, be sure to call us as soon as possible to receive a refund of your deposit.

A two night minimum stay is required on most weekends.
